By downloading or using the app, you automatically accept the following terms. Therefore, we kindly ask you to read them carefully before using the app.
DVX Games is committed to making the app as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to change the app at any time and for any reason or to charge fees for certain services. Please note that we will never charge you for the app or its services without informing you exactly what you are paying for.
The DVX Games app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our service. It is your responsibility to secure your phone and access to the app.

An active internet connection is required for certain aspects of the app. The connection can be made through Wi-Fi or your mobile carrier. However, DVX Games cannot guarantee that the app will be fully functional if you do not have access to Wi-Fi and your data allowance is depleted.
If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your agreement with your mobile carrier still applies. This means that you may incur data transfer charges or other third-party costs. You are responsible for such costs, including roaming fees, if you use the app outside of your home region or country without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the app, we assume that you have the bill payer's permission to use the app.
Similarly, DVX Games takes no responsibility for how you use the app. Please ensure that your device is charged, as DVX Games cannot be held responsible if the battery is empty and you cannot use the service.
Although we strive to ensure that the app is always updated and accurate, we rely on third parties to provide us with information that we make accessible to you. Therefore, DVX Games assumes no liability for any losses that may directly or indirectly result from relying solely on this functionality of the app.
Subscription
You have the option to subscribe to our premium subscription, which provides you with immediate access to all current and future content and removes all advertisements.
Subscription prices
We offer a one-week subscription with a three-day trial period and a one-month subscription. Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Occasionally, we may offer promotional prices or time-limited offers for qualified purchases made during the promotional period. For such events, we cannot offer price protection, retroactive discounts, or refunds for previous purchases as they are time-sensitive and promotional.
Trial Subscription
If you sign up for a free trial subscription, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period. If you purchase a premium subscription during the free trial period, the unused portion of the trial period (if offered) will be forfeited. You can manage your subscriptions and disable auto-renewal by accessing the settings of your iTunes or Playstore account after purchase.
Automatic Renewal
A subscription will automatically renew at the same price and for the same duration as the original subscription unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period expires.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscriptions by going to the settings of your App Store or Google Play account. If you wish to change a subscription, please visit the following links:

Cancellation of Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by disabling auto-renewal in the settings of your App Store or Google Play account. Please note that you must do this at least 24 hours before the end of a free trial or subscription period to avoid being charged. The cancellation will take effect on the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service. During an active subscription period, the current subscription cannot be canceled.
